These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HumAin Limited (“HumAin”, “we”, “our”, “us”) course registration page, training materials, and services provided through Thinkific. By registering for and participating in our training programme, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Registration is open primarily to SME and ICT employees in Malta, though others may apply subject to availability.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Course Access and Participation
Course access is provided via Thinkific and live sessions hosted on Zoom.
Participants must ensure they have stable internet access and appropriate devices to attend.
Course places are limited; registration does not guarantee admission until confirmed by HumAin.
Attendance may be recorded for quality assurance, reporting, and certification purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including slides, recordings, exercises, and resources, are the intellectual property of HumAin Limited and/or its partners.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share course materials without written consent.
Materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
By registering, you agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Data may be shared with Thinkific (course delivery platform), MDIA (for programme reporting), and other GDPR-compliant service providers.
Participants’ data will not be sold to third parties.
5. Limitations of Liability
The course is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
HumAin Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
While the course is fully funded by MDIA, HumAin does not guarantee future funding or access beyond the stated dates.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants.
Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without notice.
7. Modifications
HumAin reserves the right to update these Terms and make changes to the course schedule or content if necessary.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
